This agreement (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between HOFX for the purpose of defining the terms and conditions related to the Japan Tour organized by HOF. The Contract outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and obligations of both parties regarding performance scheduling, travel arrangements, promotional activities, and related logistics. Both parties acknowledge their mutual intent to collaborate professionally in delivering a successful and high-quality tour experience throughout Japan.
