CONSULTATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ANY NEW CLIENTS INQUIRING ABOUT THE FIBROBLAST SKIN TIGHTENING TRETMENTS, WANTING A CHEMICAL SERVICE SUCH AS A COLOR, BLONDING, VIVID FASHION COLOR, COLOR CORRECTION, PERM (CURLY/WAVY OR STRAIGHTENING) AND/OR EXTENSION SERVICES. WE NEED TO ASSESS THE CURRENT HEALTH AND CONDITION OF YOUR HAIR & SCALP TO MAKE SURE YOU QUALIFY FOR THE SERVICE(S) YOU ARE WANTING IN ADDITION TO KNOWING HOW MUCH TIME IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE(S) REQUESTED.

YOU CAN ALSO BOOK A CONSULTATION FOR ANY OTHER REASON, FOR EXAMPLE: IF YOU JUST DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU WANT, BUT YOU KNOW YOU WANT A CHANGE AND WANT/NEED A PROFESSIONALS OPINION. WE’RE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SIT WITH YOU TO COME UP WITH A GAME PLAN.

TO RESERVE YOUR CONSULTATION OR SERVICE APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE FOR OUR LATE, CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE AND NO-SHOW POLICY.

CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE AND THE APPOINTMENT LENGTH IS 15 MINUTES LONG. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE, CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITH LESS THAN 48HRS NOTICE OR NO-SHOW TO THE CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE FOR THE TIME RESERVED ON OUR BOOKS. ADJUSTING AN APPOINTMENT-IF YOU NEED TO ADD OR REMOVE ANY SERVICES, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS: TO ADD- THE MORE NOTICE YOU GIVE IN ADVANCE, THE BETTER. YOU MAY ALSO ASK AT YOUR APPOINTMENT — IF THE STYLIST HAS THE AVAILABLE TIME, THEY WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.

TO REMOVE- WE NEED AT LEAST A 48HR OR MORE NOTICE TO CHANGE OR REMOVE A SERVICE WITHOUT INCURRING A CANCELLATION FEE OF THE REMOVED SERVICE(S). CHANGING OR REMOVING A SERVICE WITH LESS THAN 48HR NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A 50% CANCELLATION FEE OF THAT RESERVED SERVICE AND TIME. HOWEVER YOU MAY SWAP SERVICES IF THEY ARE THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME. FOR EXAMPLE: YOU HAVE A HAIRCUT BOOKED, RESERVING 1.5 HRS BUT YOU DECIDE YOU DONT WANT A HAIRCUT AND INSTEAD WOULD LIKE A HAIR TREATMENT THAT IS ALSO 1.5HRS, THEN THERE WOULD NOT BE A CANCELLATION FEE FOR THIS SWAP.

*BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN A 48HR WINDOW MEANS YOU ARE FORFEITING THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL/CHANGE AN APPOINTMENT WITHOUT A CANCELLATION/CHANGE FEE.THE CANCELLATION FEE IS 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICES AND TIME WHEN WE RECEIVE LESS THAN A 48HR NOTICE AND 100% IF CANCELLING THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT OR IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT. THIS IS ALL EXPLAINED IN THE T&C’S PORTION THAT YOU MUST CLICK THE BOX, STATING THAT YOU’VE READ AND AGREED TO IN ORDER TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION.

LATE - PLEASE CALL OR TEXT THE SALON PHONE NUMBER AT 801-931-1700 IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE. IF YOU CALL AND WE DO NOT ANSWER, PLEASE LEAVE A CLEAR VOICEMAIL. IF THE VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL, THEN YOU’LL NEED TO TEXT THE SALON PHONE OR TRY CALLING AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET A HOLD OF A PERSON. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE (YES THAT EVEN MEANS 1 MINUTE OVER THE 5) WE MAY NOT HAVE THE TIME NEEDED TO FULFILL THE SERVICE(S) RESERVED. IF THE STYLIST CAN NO LONGER ACCOMMODATE ALL THE SERVICES RESERVED DUE TO YOUR TARDINESS, THE SERVICE(S) REMOVED IN ORDER TO STILL FIT YOU IN WILL RESULT IN A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50%. IF THERE ARE NOT MULTIPLE SERVICES BOOKED (MORE THAN ONE SERVICE) AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REMOVE/CANCEL A SERVICE IN ORDER TO FIT YOU IN, THEN YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND PROCESSED AS A SAME DAY CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW WHICH IS A 100% CANCELLATION FEE.

BEST PRACTICES WE RECOMMEND: *PLAN AHEAD AND TRAVEL SAFELY BY CHECKING THE WEATHER AND TRAFFIC REPORTS SO YOU’RE NOT RUSHING OR STRESSING TO GET TO YOUR APPOINTMENT ON TIME. MAX LATE TIME IS 15 MIN AND WILL COUNT AS A NO-SHOW IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE. A NO-SHOW WILL RESULT IN BEING CHARGED 100% FOR THE RESERVED SERVICES AND TIME.

CANCELLATIONS - WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY AND OUT OF YOUR CONTROL. THAT IS WHY WE SEND OUT A 72 HR APPOINTMENT REMINDER AS A COURTESY, GIVING YOU PLENTY OF TIME TO MAKE THE CHANGES YOU NEED TO ADJUST OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT.

SENDING A 72 HR COURTESY REMINDER GIVES YOU 24HRS TO CONTACT US FROM THE MOMENT THE 72HR COURTESY TEXT IS SENT TO AVOID ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE FEES. BOOKING A NEW APPOINTMENT WHEN ONE ALREADY EXISTS DOES NOT CANCEL A PREVIOUSLY BOOKED APPOINTMENT. NO-SHOW - IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE WITHOUT TWO WAY COMMUNICATION TO THE SALON OR STYLIST ( 2-WAY COMMUNICATION STARTING WITH YOU AND ENDING IN RECEIVING A RESPONSE FROM THE SALON OR YOUR STYLIST THAT YOU ARE STILL ABLE TO BE SEEN), YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO-SHOW AND IT WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 100% OF THE RESERVED SERVICES.

***IF YOUR CARD DECLINES AND YOU HAVE A BALANCE FROM A PREVIOUS CANCELLATION OR NO-SHOW, THAT BALANCE MUST BE CLEARED AND AN UPDATED CARD MUST BE PLACED ON FILE BEFORE WE ARE ABLE TO MOVE FORWARD AND RESERVE ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
